Mexican Keto Goodness: Barbacoa Tacos + Menudo = Heaven 😍🌮🫶

Hi friends!
I don’t have the recipe for the barbacoa because I bought it 😅 but it’s made with beef.
Instead of tortillas, I used a cheese crust I made it with Chihuahua Mennonite cheese. 🧀🔥

I had it with a bowl of menudo and half a lime.
For the tacos, I added some cilantro, a bit of onion, and green salsa… and that’s it time to enjoy! 😍🌮💚
