Homemade beef kofta. Grilled then served on flatbread. On a bed of lettuce and red cabbage. Drizzled with mint yoghurt, masala chilli sauce & chimichurri. Orange stuff on top is a tiny bit of my homemade Scotch Bonnet Chilli sauce (very hot). Garnished with sliced red onion and coriander.

Kofta recipe: beef mince (20% fat)
Spoces: cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, chilli powder, salt & pepper.
Grated ginger & onion.
Breadcrumbs.
Coriander.

Red cabbage recipe: thinly sliced red cabbage, sugar, salt, olive oil, cider vinegar, lemon juice.
