Today we’re making polo alakhata tora for our cat. Here are the ingredients we’ll be using. 200 gram chicken pieces, 1 tbsp olive oil, 50 gram onion, one clove garlic, 30 g carrot, 30 g celery, 100 g tomatoes, 20 ml red or white wine, 10 g black olives, one spare rosemary or a pinch of dried, one bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste.
