i’ve never baked bread before, how hard is it if I dont have a stand mixer?

Nice
furtive
Is there a way to do them in the over? Tending over 16 muffins on a pan that holds 4, at 8 min per side is an hour by itself.

My go-to Scones Recipe that never failed me:
Preheat oven to max 160-180°C
2 cups flour
⅛ cup sugar
5 tsp baking powder (not heaped!)
pinch of baking soda
¼ tsp salt
150g butter
2 eggs
5-8 Tbsp Milk …add slowly!
Mix dry with butter and crumble
Mix in eggs and slowly mix in milk (just enough to work dough)
Make small to medium sized dough balls and lightly flatten, then bake until slightly brown (all depends on your oven and it’s usually best not to bake them until too brown/dry)
The crucial ingredient is in the butter… scones without decent quality butter just isn’t that great
