I have a bag full of loose filets, should all be around 6 oz. Got them from a friend at work. What should I do with them?

Steaks orr one thing I love to do is put em in a crockpot and then over mash potatoes and gravy. But I’m a meat cutter and don’t have to pay over 25$ a lbs

If the friend is clean and has no loose pets roaming their home- and you trust them not to poison you….package them in smaller portion sized ziplocks and freeze them. When you are hungry take them out, let them thaw in the fridge, and airfry or bake them.

Six ounces is the perfect size for some bacon wrapped fillets.

Make kabobs… could make a great beef bourguignon but maybe not cook it as long since it’s filet

Why would anyone bake or crockpot fillet?
Throw those puppies on the hottest grill you have available for like 4 min each side and cut before serving with a potato and some green beans.
