   Ingredients:

   [Cake sheets]

   100g Almond flour

   50g wheat flour

   100g sugar powder

   4 eggs

   3 egg whites( make a meringue with 2tbsp sugar)

   Vanilla extract

   Pinch of salt

   [Butter cream]

   180g unsalted butter

   50g sugar

   3 egg yolks

   1 tsp vanilla extract

   3tbsp coffee syrup

   [Coffee syrup]

   50ml brandy or cognac (if you don’t like alcohol just use vanilla)

   2tbsp instant coffee

   200ml hot water

   50g sugar

   [Chocolate ganache]

   250g dark chocolate

   80g unsalted butter

   [Optional]

   1 crushed pistachios
