    With “Bombay Chicken Wings” rub … from Germany, which seems to be mostly fenugreek, cumin and salt in equal measures, hehe.

    Still slaps nicely.

    To enjoy it even more: Take the leftover carcass, bones and skins and cook them for 3h with an onion, carrot and celery. Tried it for the first time some weeks ago and got an amazing broth for making a risotto or paella!
