I just found some cooked chicken breast in a hotel pan today and someone wrote on the lid “error, do not use” and no one knows who wrote it or what the error is or what its not meant to be used for

My first prep job at 16. We had to use a replacement ingredient for a dressing that made it a different color than usual. Can’t remember at all what it it was but thought it was funny to label it like the pic.. *item*? My supervisor very quickly told me that the health inspector doesn’t have the same sense of humor as us. Oops, never again😅
