Let’s make a creamy, comforting broccoli pasta that’s quick, healthy, and absolutely delicious. Start by placing a saucepan of water on the stove. Once it begins to heat up, add some salt and then drop in your broccoli fuates. Let them boil for about 3 to 4 minutes, just enough to soften them slightly. This blanching keeps their color and crunch. [Music] Take the broccoli out and set it aside. [Music] Now in the same water, add your pasta. You can use any shape. I had some colorful pasta, so that’s what went in. [Music] Boil it until it’s fully cooked. Then drain and keep it aside. Save half a glass of pasta water. In a separate frying pan, add two to three tablespoons of oil and sauté four cloves of chopped garlic for about a minute, just until it becomes fragrant. Then add a whole dried red chili for a spicy kick, or skip it if you prefer it mild. Now, toss in the blanched broccoli and stir fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep stirring so it doesn’t stick. Then add one teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder. Mix it well and remove from the heat. Next, transfer this broccoli mixture into a blender. Add half a glass of pasta water and blend it into a smooth, creamy paste. Pour this paste back into the same pan with 3 tablesp of oil. [Music] Add your boiled pasta and a little more pasta water to loosen the sauce and bring everything together. The pasta water adds extra flavor and makes the sauce beautifully silky. That’s it. Finish it off with a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of your favorite cheese or enjoy it just like this. See you in another video. Take care and happy cooking.
