We made the trip down to little village to try what has been lauded as the best al pastor in the city. We got 3 al pastor tacos, 1 carne asada taco, and the al pastor fried rice. While I don’t think I can claim it’s the best (as I haven’t tried all the pastor in the city), I can say it’s the best that I’ve had in Chicago and definitely worth the trip. The fried rice was delicious, but next time I go I think I’ll just stick to al pastor tacos.
