You recording? I’m recording now. Hey everyone, welcome to Two Tacos. We’re here back at it with our pizza dough from Aldi. We are going to make a cowzone today. You know, I tried it earlier. Me and the kids seem to like it. So, we’re going to do uh cowzone. I’ll show you how to do this. So, we got our dough here. Going to put a little flour down. Obviously, push all the air bubbles out of this dough. You see there’s some air bubbles there. Want to get those air pockets out of there. Especially with the calzone, you don’t want no bubbles popping up. [Music] So, just like before, you’re going to pinch the outside cuz you’re going to stretch this, but you don’t want to stretch it a lot. You want to have a little bit of thickness. You don’t want it too thin cuz a thin cow will kind of mess you up. Everything here is pretty much bought from Aldi. So, I’m just going to basically flip this a few few times. Not too much though. I’m not going to put a lot of pressure on it cuz like I said, I don’t want it too I don’t want to stretch it out too much. [Music] [Music] All right. So, we got our base for our calzone there. And we’ll go with our trusty little pizza sauce here. Obviously, if you guys want to do a little different pizza sauce or make your own own mini pizza sauce, you can. I’m lazy though nowadays. I don’t want to do any of that. I got to grab some hot jar and get oil here. Here we go, guys. The secret ingredients, our successful kzone. I already shredded the cheese. I need a mix of part skin and whole milk. Throw some pepperoni in here. Obviously, depending on what you guys want to do. I’m going to put a little jar oil in there. Me and the kid don’t like the chunks, but we do like the flavor of the jar. [Music] I’m sure you heard the cat sneezing back there. Let’s get a good smell of that joint there. Little more cheese. Little more cup. Make us a fat ass cow zone here, guys. It’s going to be good. [Music] Just kind of layer it up. Put as much as or as little as you guys want to put on here. Good to go. I’m going to throw a little Parmesan cheese on the inside of here. You want a little crush right in there, too, folks? Yeah, at this point a little crush right in there, too. Why not? Give it a little more spice. [Music] Okay, so we got our kez on here. At this point, I’m just basically going to fold this thing over and kind of push it down a little bit. Kind of spread try to spread it out as far as I can. Then I’m going to pinch this stuff down. Basically, just two ends. I’m going to pinch them down. [Music] Now, there is going to be a little extra dough here. If you want, you can just totally just cut a little bit of that off. This way, you’re not dealing with a lot of extra dough. Anyways, so it’s still folded. Basically, I’m going to pinch and twist. [Music] What I’m doing is just sealing those ends in this way nothing comes Oh, [Music] [Music] everything. [Music] Okay, we should be good to go, I think. [Music] Okay, I already pre-melted some butter, mixed in some garlic salt and stuff, but I’m going to wait till I put that over there. I’m going to put this transfer this over onto here. I put a little bit of the garlic butter already on the foil. That should soften up this thing right here. You know, I should have more of a wall right there. So, I’m going to work on this just a little bit more. So, I don’t trust That’s going to stay sealed. [Music] Okay. Now, just going to basically spread my mix on there. [Music] Don’t be shy with it. [Music] Allow it to get its nice little golden brown. I’m going to cut like three slits in this thing. So, you kind of need a sharp knife to be able to do that. Luckily, I sharpened the knife right before we came in and did this parmesan cheese on top of here. [Music] and a little parsley for color. It doesn’t do anything for the taste, but you got to give it. I suppose if you wanted to put oregano with basil, you could do that. All right, we’re going to put this in the oven. Probably about uh I’d say about 18 minutes or so. check in about 18 minutes and we’ll be back and see how it looks. All right, catch you on the flip. All right, chat. The time is now. The cowzone is ready. We’re going to see how it goes. [Applause] Oh, look at that, buddy. Look at that. Now that’s what I call a cowzone. Check it out. [Music] Let me know what you guys think if you make it. All right, that’s two tacos out.
