Today we’re making some banana nut bread. Here I’ve got three very ripe bananas. We’re going to start by mashing them. Next step, we’re going to add two whole eggs at room temperature. Give this a mix. To this I’m going to add a half a cup of oil, a half a cup of brown sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla, a dash of salt, teaspoon of baking soda, a squeeze of some lemon, half a lemon. Combine well. And your next step, you’re going to add 1 and 1/2 cups of allpurpose flour. Just a little at a time. combining well and mixing well, making sure that it’s nice and smooth. To this, I’m going to add a sprinkle of uh cinnamon. Next, I’m going to add some chopped toasted pecans. With this, I’m going to add it to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper greased with a little bit of oil. Give it a tap. Get rid of any air bubbles, air pockets. and into a preheated oven for 350° for 55 minutes. Once out of the oven, check it with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it’s ready. Once cooled, slice it up. Try this combo next time you bake banana nut bread. Sweet, nutty, bright with a lemony kick. Save this for later and tag someone who needs a slice. Thank you so much.
