


A number of different parts recently broke (see pics) and I just submitted a customer service claim. Was just wondering if they are still as good as they once were or if it’s gotten more difficult. Also, purchased my grill in July of 2020 but it wasn’t delivered until late Aug 2020 so not sure how the 5 year window will work.

Curious to know what they say about your ash basket. One of the rings came off mine, but from what I read on their website, it wouldn’t be covered
Yes, I had a good experience recently. The base ceramic ring of my firebox cracked. That’s covered by a lifetime warranty so they shipped a new one out for free. I didn’t register the KJ after purchase so it took a while to find my original receipt and what not to setup the account, but once I had those things in place, it was easy to submit a claim. The only question is whether these components are covered.
Always been good to me. I usually use the chat and finish the convo via email. Just got a new rotisserie kit because hinge on the basket broke.
