INGREDIENTS
Dressing:
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
sauce
1 egg yolk
2 anchovy fillets
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1-2 tsp capers, mashed
1 oz grated Parmesan
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & black pepper to
taste

Salad:
12 oz romaine lettuce
1 oz grated Parmesan
Optional: Croutons for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1.
Make the Dressing: First, mash up the anchovies,
capers, and garlic into a paste. Then whisk in the Dijon
mustard for some richness.
2.
Next, squeeze in the fresh lemon juice, add your egg
yolk, Worcestershire sauce, and season with black
pepper.
3.
Now, start slowly drizzling in the olive oil while
whisking like you mean it. This is where the dressing
turns creamy and delicious.
4.
Stir in the Parmesan and give it a taste—if it needs a
little more salt or pepper, go for it, but remember the
anchovies and capers already bring a ton of salt.
5.
Assemble the Salad: Tear the romaine into bite-sized
pieces and throw it in a bowl. Pour that creamy,
flavorful dressing all over the lettuce and toss it around
until every leaf is coated.
6.
Then sprinkle on some extra Parmesan, and top it off
with croutons.
7.
Serve and Impress: Plate it up, and get ready for
people to ask you where you learned to make this
salad. It’s fancy, extra, and totally worth every minute

Stop buying crap Caesar dressing from the store. Instead, make it on your own. All you got to do is mash up some anchovies along with some capers. Set those aside. And then add some crushed garlic. And then with this, also add some Dijon mustard, some fresh lemon juice, and then one egg yolk. Then just add some worchester sauce, however you say that, some fresh black pepper. And then just give this a good whisk while adding some extra virgin olive oil. Next, you’re going to want to chop up your romaine lettuce. And then add in some freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Add some croutons. And then toss this whole thing together. At the end, I like to add a little bit more parmesan. And then some fresh grilled chicken. Enjoy and follow for
