Had this in a restaurant yesterday, it was delicious. Fallen off the wagon today though sadly.

So this was roasted squash, charisma aubergine, avocado (double because they were oit of the brocolli that it was supposed to have), smoky hummus, red pickled cabbage, pomegranate seeds, coriander sauce and a lil bit of grilled flatbread which is the only offender on the plate I think.
