I'm a big fan of making big salads, so why not introduce one of them ?
Ingredients :
- Walnut oil : 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic vinegar : 2 tablespoons
- 3% fat fromage blanc : 100 g
- Pickles : 45 g
- Lettuce : 245 g
- Canned corn : 140 g
- 3 hard-boiled eggs : 147 g
- Cooked beets : 200 g
- Raw onions : 50 g – Having a fresh breath to start the week is important
Macros :
- Energy : 680 kcals
- Proteins : 35 g
- Carbs : 57 g
- Fat : 31 g
- Fiber : 14 g
The fromage blanc added to oil / vinegar helps to coat the whole plate, so it won't feel dry.
The whole thing weighs around 900g, perfect for filling up big eaters !
I prefer putting the plate in the fridge and taking it out 15 – 30 minutes before the dinner, especially in summer to have that fresh feeling
