They have been practicing for a very long time!

They blend in so well. Practically staring me in the face as I trim my tomato plants!

Camouflaged people are pretty big and elusive, too.

When they are small, they hang out under the leaves and look like part of the/a stem, and sometimes hang out close to the stem. You gotta check daily. I once picked off a branch with some leaves and put it in a plastic liter bottle, and an hour later, all the leaves were gone. Those things can EAT!!

I live in the southern hemisphere and I’m so glad we don’t have these. They are so gross looking!!

I live in a dense city and in a raised planter I had ONE green pepper plant. I have never ever seen a hornworm in real life until the day i had a tiny 1 inch pepper growing. The thing instantly spawned out of no where. Im shooketh

Cardinals like to eat the little ones. Ive found 3 today so far. Ive been battling them since I planted my tomatoes. Every day I find a couple. The black light trick helps so much. So far, my plants are doing well. Just gotta stay on top of it. I hate these bastards and I like to fling them across my yard. Wish I had chickens.
