The Gyro Project is Expanding to Northvale
The Gyro Project, which offers “authentic Greek street food with a contemporary twist”, is expanding within North Jersey with a new outlet in Northvale.
With food “crafted with Greece’s finest and freshest ingredients”, the shop will be located at Northvale Square shopping center replacing Moe’s.
The business was founded in New Jersey by restauranteurs George Tenedios and Spiro Kokkosis — this is their second store in Bergen (the other is Fort Lee) along with a Newark and NYC.
Offering “a cornerstone of tradition and a culinary escape to the bustling markets of Athens and beyond”, the menu (View Menu) offers Greek mezedes, pitas, bowls, salads, entree platters, rotisserie chicken, sweet and savory Greek bakery items, a full froyo program and more.
“The Gyro Project is about making the most flavorful Mediterranean food accessible to those looking for a quick lunch or dinner with friends and family,” said George Tenedios, co-owner of The Gyro Project.
No other info is currently available, though the store could open sometime later this year.
