Wowwww… I stopped in NH on my way back home and came upon this. As a big ginger fan, this is incredible. Also, only 3 ingredients
Bought at a random chain grocery store in NH. There are literally just 3 ingredients: milk, sugar, ginger.

Oh my god I’ve had ginger ice cream ONE TIME in an Asian restaurant in North Carolina and it was amazing. I’ve spent years trying to find it available but only found recipes telling me to make it myself like a caveman. 😔

That sounds wonderful! Just looked it up to see if we had it available locally here and it’s at Whole Foods, but it must be a different recipe here.
In a fancy restaurant in San Francisco, they had homemade ginger ice cream with dark chocolate sauce. Ate two orders after a scrumptious meal. Ten years later and I still can remember the taste. They wouldn’t sell us any desserts to go, unfortunately. My Whole Foods doesn’t carry ginger. Boo.
