My first time prepping/cooking fresh lobster tails. I’ve had some in my freezer that I’ve been wanting to make for a while now, but not gonna lie was a little intimidated and didn’t want to mess them up. I used a homemade Tony’s creole that I made to season them and added that to the dipping butter as well. They actually turned out really good! Now I want to try it out with other seasonings like old bay. I’m obsessed now ❤️

DAMN❣️😍🤤
Gimme
Damn, I miss Maine in the late summer. Lobster was as cheap as hamburger.
When I got out of Navy flight school, I was stationed in Brunswick, ME for three years. Those were some great times at many levels.
We used to meet West coast P-3 squadrons on training flights and trade live lobster for cases of Coors beer, which you couldn’t buy in the eastern US at the time.
Great job OP!
Perfect. Congrats
Sounds great
Looks great!!! How did you cook them?
I was a Naval Flight Officer (not pilotl on P-3s and ultimately a mission commander (on our second deployment) on my first tour.
