The way he tastes the fast food as if it shouldn’t even be in his presence is the most snooty thing I’ve ever seen. Dead giveaway he’s not a real chef – which spoiler alert he isn’t. He never held a title of chef and merely worked at like Uchiko as a fucking prep cook. Which is great experience, I’m sure, but working as some stage bitch boy isn’t the same. I struggle to believe he was a lead cook there as his page says – I’ll call my friend who worked at Uchi Dallas to see if he has any tea on it.

I used to work at a successful (for our smallish area) burger restaurant. Every single recipe for a burger or sauce was lifted from the Internet and cookbooks with slight changes and new names slapped on them.
Is this type of thing pretty common in our industry?

I used to watch the dude about 4 years ago, and I noticed he was often doing the same ideas as bon apetit. Like you could look at the dates similar videos/recipes were posted, and he usually was a few months or so after they posted one.
