I love using the hickory infused charcoal the most now too. I don’t know how I’m going to go back to propane eventually for convenience/time. I really don’t. The taste is just THAT much better.

    Get some tumbleweed starters if you haven’t already. Helps with convenience and time. Charcoal all day

    The only thing you have to do differently is remember to start your chimney 20 mins before you cook. I wish I would have made my sit a lot longer ago.

    I love charcoal. Grew up watching my old man use it, then I started, my mom too, and then I met people that liked gas cause it’s fast but for me, it’s the taste profile from the charcoal that makes it second to none.

    I know some folks have a gas and charcoal but I’m a charcoal type person and couldn’t imagine using gas on the grill🫡
