I might be the next Gordon Ramsay. Just kidding 😂 but this is my first ever steak that I cooked and I’m pretty proud of it aside from the fact that the crust could have been better. What do y’all think?

Nice. Searing is easy if you super heat cast iron pan (using hi temp oil) before placing meat down. Your steak looks great
