Looks fabulous. I grew purple, pink and yellow Brandywine for the first time just to make a plate just like that.

I had a tomato & lettuce sandwich for lunch. But on Monday I had fried jimmy nardello peppers, burrata, tomatoes, and nice baguette.

Oh, you’re living my dream! I finally started growing a couple of tomato plants in pots on my balcony and I’m so excited. I love tomatoes so much and I’ve always wanted to grow my own. Yours look so beautiful!! I hope I have lovely results just like yours. If I do, I’m going to make the same dish (I also love burrata LOL)! ❤️❤️

Me too! I make a big bowl of tomatoes, cucumbers, and mozzarella dressed up in balsamic vinegar every couple of days. It’s like summer in a bowl.
