I have this exact setup on my BJ3. Honestly nothing beats my Amazon Delonghi generic deep fryer for wings. I stopped burning bags of Coal for a wings. Hats off to those with the time and money to enjoy live fire of all things!

I made some a few weeks ago for the first time using the basket. My issue was that they didn’t get crispy enough. Trial and error but I’m excited to keep using it.
