Incredibly soft bagel from Sunmerry Bakery in Monterey Park.

Not like a bagel I have eaten before. Sunmerry is a Japanese bakery and the texture is more like the super soft pastries. Delicious but difficult to get since the bakery is inside an outdoor mall and only opens at 10am.
