So excited for this new grinder to replace my previous Eureka mignon zero . I purchased back in march and it finally got delivered today , currently seasoning the burrs but i will be posting a review on the next few days ! So far im loving it .

When you say that so far you’re loving your Casa, is it the workflow, the aesthetics, the sound, the flavor profile already?
I’m currently seasoning a Bunn GVH3 for commercial purposes and enjoying a cup or two from time to time in the meantime, but it is far from optimal and I can hardly wait for it to reach its pinnacle.
