I’ve been steadily slinging bbq on my 125 gallon reverse flow for a couple years now, been using it on my food truck endeavor. I finally bit the bullet and ordered me a 500 gallon reverse flow.

Forgot to add this to the text, but the little box behind the main chamber will be a rolled stainless steel 3 burner griddle top with propane lines to it, ran to a 2 way split. One line for the burner, one line for the propane log starter in the firebox.

There aren’t enough people in my house let alone my neighborhood to put this good thing to use, but I’m sure you’ll find a way to have fun. Congrats.

  3. That smoker is huge!!! Think of the amount of rib racks?!

  4. Wait, you come on here and talk about a 500 gallon smoker and then you don’t offer to cook us anything?… i’ve got $20 to throw into the can for food 🍖

Why are these measured in a liquid volume, it should be rated in butts. Here is a 50 butt smoker…or 25 thicc butts 🙂
