But this let’s make Greek yogurt with yogurt culture. So this is the outcome of the yogurt. So first you need four cups of full cream milk. Four cups of the full cream milk. Okay. Now to this milk you’ll be adding hot water. You need like two cups of very hot water, boiled water. Two cups of very hot water. Then you’re going to be adding after mixing the hot water, you’re going to be adding four cups of cold water or room temperature water. Okay, add four cups. Make sure that the water you’re going to use is not all this tap water and all that. So it’s not cost affect the culture. Okay. So you can use between four cups to 4 and 1/2 cup of water. So after mixing, you’re going to see it. So that if there are some lumps from the milk, it’s not going to be in the yogurt. Okay. Next thing is you’re going to now add your culture. There are many yogurt start culture in the market you can buy. There’s yog there’s this particular one that we used here. There’s also the liquid ones or the solid ones and the dry ones. There also the ones that uh you can also make use of already prepared yogurt that has active culture that is not sweetened unsweetened yogurt Greek yogurt you can also use it. Okay. So after adding you have to add the yogurt culture in a separate milk like just take a little bit of the milk add it and then whisk whisk and combine it with the rest of the milk. So you have to tie it so that it will retain warmth. Okay? It’s going to return warmth. You place it in a warm place. So we place this in the oven. The oven you can just warm it few seconds then off it. Then place it inside. Leave it there till up to 24 hours. Okay. After the 24 hours, then you’re going to get a sick clo and then transfer the yogurt that you made into the clothes and then tie it and keep it so that the way or the liquids or the water from it is going to drip. Then you have your yogurt, your Greek yogurt. You can whisk whisk so that it becomes smoother. Then you can use it for anything you want. [Music]
