First images are birria both dorado and suarte. Next are some tacos I made from the breakfast buffet at the hotel: tocino y huevos, Barbados con tocino, y Barbacoa
The last is a bastardized tacos made from an amazing Caldo de Res – much like I make everything into sandwiches north of the border so too do I make everything into tacos south of it.
