
Okay so first of all let me say I am not so much a “measure ingredients” cook and more of a “just throw some in and adjust as needed” cook. So heres a very easy recipe you can make in your microwave:
You grab a microwave safe container. Doesn’t matter what.
You throw in a bar of unsweetened baking chocolate and some chunks of salted butter. Toss that bad boy in the microwave and heat until it gets mostly melted.
Then take it out, add: several heaping spoons of allulose or preferred sweetener, a few drops vanilla, and a big splash heavy cream. Mix it real good, then throw it back in the microwave until all combined. Stir again.
From there you can dip in whatever – I love strawberries but go crazy. Technically you SHOULD chill them for a few hours, but who is going to stop you from eating it right away? No one.
Throw some whipped cream on there too while you’re at it.
