Do you want to know how to make spaghetti bong? That’s the one. This is my favorite pasta overall. If there is a dish that I could choose on my last day will probably be this one. Clumps. I love them. So, I’ll make it in a very simple way and let me know in the comment what do you think. Let’s go. Honestly, there is not even a prep to do for this dish. So, let’s grab a frying pan and go inside with extra virgin olive oil. Now that the oil is still cold, go inside with the garlic. Just give it a quick squeeze. That’s it. The parsley sprouts, tomato paste, and the chili, which I’m just going to open and open in a half. If you like, you can also put one anchovies. Now, saute everything and I’ll see you in about one one to two minutes. After about couple of minutes, remove the parsley sprout. Remove the chili and remove the garlic. Grab your clamps, put it inside the glaze with white wine, cover and let it open it up. As soon they open it up, we come back in here. While they’re cooking, you will notice that some will open before the other. So, the one that they open now, remove them. Remove the fruit from inside and keep it aside. Okay? Now do this while they’re opening so they don’t going to get dry. Okay? And keep few with the shelf so we’ll be nice in the plate. Once we done, grab the cherry tomatoes, put it inside and let it cook for just couple of minutes. No more than that. As soon as your pasta is al dente, so a couple of minutes before the cooking time, take it off and go straight in the sauce. Keep the water aside in case you need to add a little bit in here. Now add a bit of fresh parsley. Let the pasta finish cooking in here. And once ready, there is nothing else to do other than put it in a plate. Okay. All this beautiful sauce. Finish it up with some fresh parsley. And I’m going to put some chili powder, but just to give the last touch of color in the plate. And there you go. That’s how you make one of my favorite dish overall.
