So I had some random peppers, fresh off the plant and some dried peppers (arbol, guajillo, habanero, pequin), so I threw them in a pot with some sweetie pie peppers, cebolla, garlic, salt, pepper, juice of half a lemon, some water, some vinegar, boiled all that up until tender, blitzed with the immersion blender, and streamed in just a tablespoon or two of oil to homogenize, then poured into a 500ml jar. This stuff is quite amazing!! Flavor is a bit tart, a bit vinegary, sweet from the sweetie pies, and not immediately hot. But then comes the creep. Holy wow I'll definitely be making loads more of this with my next batch of fresh peppers!
