    Was aiming for medium rare, might have been a smidge under but it was still really bloody good lol

    Looks good. Exactly how I grill my steaks. Better a little rare than overcooked. You may want to get a Bluetooth thermometer. I use temp spikes. Reliable & the distance is very good.

    I use to use MEATER but had problems with distance.
