I dont normally post on this sub but I was so proud of my Patties I thought I best share. They are staying together really well and are LOADED with protien. Going on a burger just as loaded with veggies and avo…. yum!

Black Bean & Quiona Patty (per patty):
3/8 Black Beans
2/8 Quinoa
2/8 Pea Protien Isolate (I used 80%)
1/8 Chia Seeds
+Spices for taste (and turmeric for color if you like)

    OK, AI helped me work the math – if you use two cans of black beans that’s about 800 grams – so the recipe would be:

    Black Beans: 800 g

    Quinoa: ~533 g

    Pea Protein Isolate: ~533 g

    Chia Seeds: ~267 g

    Spices: As desired
