Ingredients

2 tablespoons high-quality olive oil
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon red onion, diced

Lemon zest, for garnish

Directions:

  1. I wouldve added more oil. I dont really like capers or onions, I dont really like tuna either. I like to drink oil, it helps wash down the salt. The lemon is not my favorite so I probably wouldn't use it.
