If we ask anyone what their wishes in life are, the number one answer would be to become healthy. Yet, no one takes this seriously through their actions.
Your first step toward healthy eating is this delicious plant-based dipping sauce,
In this episode, we are going to make hummus, a complete plant-based dip made from boiled chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, grilled sweet pepper and grilled garlic. Hummus can be served with a variety of crunchy vegetables, such as cucumbers, celery, sweet peppers, and cherry tomatoes.

### Ingredients:
– Sweet pepper (any color except green)
– 3 to 4 garlic cloves
– Salt (to taste)
– 2 tablespoons tahini
– Juice of one lemon
– 1 can of chickpeas or 1 cup cooked chickpeas

### Instructions:
1. Slice one large sweet pepper lengthwise, remove the seeds, and trim the pointed tips of the garlic cloves to expose the flesh. Arrange both on a baking tray and grill for 15 minutes.
2. After grilling, place the sweet pepper in a bowl and cover it tightly to cool down. Covering the pepper while it cools will make it easier to remove the skin.
3. Squeeze the flesh out of the grilled garlic cloves or remove the flesh intact and set it aside.
4. Remove the skin from the sweet pepper and place it in a food processor along with the grilled garlic.
5. Add olive oil and a bit of hot water to facilitate easier processing.
6. Purée the mixture until smooth using a powerful processor.
7. Once the sweet pepper and garlic have turned into a purée, add the rinsed chickpeas, 2 tablespoons of tahini, and the juice of one lemon. Purée the mixture again until smooth.
8. Adjust the taste by adding salt and some smoked paprika or any other spices you prefer.
Your grilled sweet pepper and garlic-flavoured hummus is now ready to be enjoyed!
