Im At a birthday party, where a caterer was hired to BBQ for us so im not sure on the specific numbers for everything. I did get to pick my bun for the burger so I know that the brioche is 150 calories, the ketchup was heinz and I tried to use about 1 tablespoon (which says 15 calories on the bottle but that sounds off?) I have no clue for the cheese slice, burger or grilled onion though! Same thing for the corn on the cob (inside the foil) which I believe had some kind of butter- maybe salted butter or oil (?) Because there was yellow residue at the bottom of the wrapper. The salad had no dressings and was made up of bay leaves, rocket, lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, pepper, raw onion and tomatoes (I ended up getting a second helping because it was so nice haha) Thank you if anyone can help me!!

1000??? Way too high. I’d say 700 at most

I have to agree with most
Your food looks to be at most 700.
    At most!
    No way you had 1000

Always better to err on the side of caution, but I calculated 763 calories on MyFitnessPal.
