Uh hello and welcome back to my channel, Simply Italian Kitchen. Uh today I’m going to cook the couscous Moroccan style couscous with corettes um ginger and garlic puree that is this one and a little hole that I put with this inside extra original. Uh now after I put other things I show you step by step. When corettes are like this one um a little bit uh like a cream around I put inside so pepper and prrawns. You remember that the coette are not fried, just cooked uh just with a little little oil. No other. Now I put inside the pepper, salt and prunes. I cover with the lid for 5 minutes, no more. The pushets with the browns are ready. Now I wait. When they are uh cold, I mix with the cold um couscous. Now the couscous is ready. I have put 100 g 150 g of tomato, cherry tomato, yellow, a little pieces of avocado. Okay, I mix everything. I have put inside also the prrawns and corette that I cooked and now are cold. It’s it’s cold. So I mix everything and I pour on it um enough lemon juice. Okay, I mixed everything and the couscous is ready. This is a summer food and very healthy food. No fry it, not a lot of oil, oil, no uh other things, fat or sugar or other. The couscous is just 100 gram for two person. So person so I don’t think is uh difficult to make it.
