[Music] Fried green tomatoes. You ever bite into something and it takes you all the way back? Yep. That’s what these fried green tomatoes do. Soon as they hit that grease, you already know it’s over. They are golden, crispy, and seasoned like grandma whispered to the flower herself. No fluff, no games, just that bold, tangy bite with that crunch that says somebody knows what they’re doing. I season them up good, too, y’all. And make them super crispy. So good. Dipping sauce is straight up optional. This ain’t an appetizer, y’all. This is all about that memory. You remember being on that front porch, the family reunion, the Sunday plate, all of that. This is bringing it all back. Getting to the recipe, booze.

  1. We would make them like that on a bun, with some fresh cucumbers tossed in whatever you like.

  3. I can’t find any green tomatoes in any of the stores in my area.. I had some fried green tomatoes for the first time in New Orleans last year and I have been looking for them ever since

  4. I've always loved fried green tomatoes, but i also love the sliced thick and grilled with just salt, pepper, and olive oil! They have that same taste, just no breading or deep fried oil! I almost prefer them grilled now over fried!

  5. You took me all the way back to my grandmas house. I remember these at every Sunday dinner i n The good Ole summertime. I love these so much.
