I used the Traeger recipe for these but swapped my own rub and homemade BBQ sauce. Used a 3lb chuck roast from Costco.

Basically, smoke at 225 super smoke until 170 degrees. Wrap and smoke until 203. Chop up. Toss in sauce. Smoke again in uncovered foil pan for about an hour.
