Tons of love and secret ingredients in the masa dough…. inside is pork, with a wedge of queso fresco and salsa Verde (a tomatillo sauce); on top is my homemade taqueira style serrano/jalapeno sauce. It should be illegal for me to cook this good. Pork is hard to see in this photo as I intentionally made this batch smaller in size..
