i remember one time we got in a case of prime new yorks at work and my boss cut into them and saw they looked like this, and was about to throw them out. i was like what are you doing?? he says i can’t sell these, they’re all fat! nobody will buy them. so i just said well can i have them? and he gave me about 8lbs of that prime NY.
