I got another delicious recipe for y’all to try we’re going to make some crispy fish tacos some Baja Fish Tacos girl so good so to start off you’re going to make the K saw you’re going to take a a bag of regular Kel mix and you’re going to add some thinly sliced red onions to it some chopped cilantro and some thinly sliced jalapeno to it next you’re going to add in some sour cream and you’re going to also add in some mayo and then you want to squeeze in some lime juice a little bit of sugar now to your taste some like really sweet COA and then you’re going to add some salt and black pepper you’re going to give that a good mixing and there’s your COA this COA is so simple but so delicious y’all now for your fish you can use cod whatever fish you want to use I’m not a big fish person I really like fried catfish but anything other than that I’m not a big fan so I always go for the lighter tasting fish which is tilapia I know it’s not the best fish but it’s lighter in that fishy taste so I went ahead and seasoned that with some lemon pepper and Old Bay now for the batter you’re going to take some flour some corn starch and some seasonings and you’re going to go ahead and put that in a big bowl and then you’re going to add in a cold beer or some cold club soda I’m actually using club soda cuz I’m not a big beer fan but you want to whisk that together until it’s nice and smooth you want it to be a little bit thinner than pancake batter now before we add our fish to our batter we’re going to lightly coat it in some flour that’s going to help the batter stick to it now when you dip your fish in your batter you want to let that extra batter fall off a bit next you’re just going to deep fry your fish until it’s golden brown and crispy and then you want to let your fish drain I recommend letting it drain on a rack just not a paper towel because that steam will kind of soften that batter up and you want to keep your fish nice and crispy now for the sauce you’re going to take some sour cream lime juice you’re going to take a couple of chipotle peppers and a little bit of that Doo sauce and then you’re going to add in some cilantro some salt and pepper and you’re going to blend that until it’s super smooth this sauce is so good everything in this recipe is good individually but when you bring it all together when you add that Co Sal on top of that crispy fish and you drizzle on some of that chipotle lime sauce girl so so so so good y’all you got to give this recipe a try yum
