Really guys
It’s not that hard to understand. More air = more fire. Left = less air. Right = more air.
The energy used to make this AI image to reinforce this pointless argument could have lit your house for an hour.

Idk. That’s so ugly looking.

This looks great in an AI image, but is way more difficult to achieve on the production floor. It’s very hard (almost impossible) to punch letters that crisply at the rate the press needs to run.

Once you’ve cooked a few times the markings are irrelevant. You’ll just know how much to open the vents by experience.

Not sure what there really is to fix. Use it once and you know what it does.

The ash catcher ring is used on kettles globally, in many areas where English isn’t the dominant language. That’s why it’s got symbols on it instead of words or letters.

It’s should be: O – for off A picture of smoke coming out of a Webber – for smoking A picture of a volcano erupting – for searing

People worry about the strangest things.

Apparently somewhere through the years they changed the way the vent handle works as mine are center closed

Waste of electricity using AI for something so pointless.
Clueless_in_Florida
Is everything to the right just to clear the ash?
Futrel
Didn’t need fixing

I love how tetchy kettle owners are about their beloved gear.
Don’t ever change y’all.

People make this way more complicated than it is, it’s really not tough to remember

This is dumb as fuck
ShaolinShad0wBoxing
People really have an issue with the original symbols?

I agree the symbols suck but you aren’t using it enough if you can’t remember which direction to go. It’s like playing a fretless bass

My vote: X, smoke symbol, fire symbol.
