Sourdough bread. Spreadable Irish Butter. Two slices of Mozzarella and two slices of white Sharp Cheddar. A bit of garlic powder and oregano. 7 minutes on an air frier (does it count as grilled still or not?).

Tastes so good.

    Shit. Fuck. Of course; it needs to be grilled. I was so hyped at having the cheese actually melt that I rushed here.

    My bad. I’ll use the grill next time. Any tips on making the cheese melt while grilling? I usually end up getting the bread too burnt/brown while the cheese is still not melted.
