I’m going to be trying 300 + 600 + 600 (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as a way to calorie count. Today’s lunch is teriyaki chicken, steamed veg and rice. A little spicy mayo drizzle on top.

I think having pre-set calories in mind for each meal is helpful to stay on track 🙂

Also, eating everything with a spoon makes it taste so much better. Try it!!
