Baby, I didn’t broke up with mashed potatoes and falling for his fine cousin. Garlic Parmesan mashed cauliflower. This recipe is so quick and easy. Let me show you how to make it. Your veggies can be delicious. First, I’m going to be sautéing some garlic in butter, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Sauté until it’s golden brown. And then I’m using microwave steamed cauliflower. And I’m going to be adding some whipped cream cheese, garlic and herb butter, parmesan cheese, and that sauteed garlic. To mash, I’m going to be using an emotion blender, but you can also use a food processor or mash by hand. Now, I’m pairing this with some black and zucchini.
