



A costumer forgot this at the bar, I didn't even know what it was at first lol, but appearently it's a really nice block of cheese. Since it's been over a week and nobody asked nothing I took it home in fear of it going bad and decided to try it.
It's pretty hard, with only a really subtle but smooth taste.
I shredded it and baked it on some mushrooms lol and it was delicious, but it doesn't melt well.
Anybody has any idea what it might be?
