How, you ask? Eat clean (whole or minimally processed) foods, cut out added sugars and drink more water. Try to focus on lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and seeds, and lots of veggies. Clean eating is flexible and all about balance. Cutting out the processed ingredients is what makes such a difference. I’m happy to share more information if you have any questions. You can also find more of these meal ideas on my TikTok account under @ FirstTasteTips.

  2. I'm 257 this morning. I was 282 in January. I want to be down to 230 by December 1'st, 2025. Leaving this comment for accountability check in!

  3. I'm on a diet right now. I plan on losing 20kg in these next 15 months. I have already seen some progress. I am eating clean, I have a calorie deficit and I do not eat junk at any cost. I exercise and walk a lot.

  4. I think if I didn't have cheat days I would notice a difference but I will say if you want to keep your weight where you are at then eating this 5 days a week is very good and seeing ultra processed foods start to look more unapetising and taste less good

  5. In 4 months you will lose your period, in 5 months your hair will spliss and your nails brake, in 6 months you will be in an eating disorder you can’t escape…

I know this is exaggerated but there are almost no fats or carbs in these recipes. For many of us and especially us women restricting like this can have a detrimental impact on our health. Be careful please, don’t label foods, yes eating “clean” can be healthy but only if you balance it, don’t restrict or else you might put your body and mind under incredible stress.
Balance doesn’t have to look like Fiber and protein meals but it can also include fat, pasta and yes even sugar a processed foods. Because everything in moderation is good, but everything in extreme is destructive. 🫶🏼

  6. I didn’t make any dietary changes but I will say, after working out consistently for five months I no longer have the desire to indulge in libations or any other mind altering substances. My sense of clarity and well-being is more important than ever before.

  7. Thank you for this!! I love these fun, healthy foods that aren't just grass. I started my resolution this year to lose the last bit of unhealthy weight. Despite having a fast metabolism, it was quite difficult and im proud to say that im almost about to reach my goal❤

  8. This is EXACTLY what it did for me: two weeks up on my weights, one month visible change in my photo, two months drastic change that I’m often told! This WORKS

  9. Arabs are fucked and poor as fuck after all these wars they have been living in those 15 years and they are still suffering from bad nutrition and lack of jobs to survive (Syr!a).

  10. Thank you for showing this without a long drawn out video, then a quiz, then payment options, for something free. 😊
